We’re growing and looking for a Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager who wants more than just a job. We want someone who takes pride in their work, looks out for their team, and understands that strong relationships are just as important as strong membranes.

About the Role

As a Commercial Waterproofing Project Manager, you’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. You’ll be trusted to manage schedules, crews, materials, and client communication while keeping jobs safe, organized, and profitable. This role is hands-on, collaborative, and essential to keeping our projects running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from start to finish

• Coordinate field crews, materials, and equipment

• Work closely with general contractors, superintendents, and inspectors

• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate scope

• Track budgets, labor hours, and job costs

• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress

• Handle change orders, problem-solving, and schedule adjustments

• Maintain clear documentation, schedules, and project reports

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or waterproofing

• Working knowledge of commercial waterproofing systems (below-grade, blindside, deck coatings, sheet and fluid-applied membranes, sealants)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple commercial projects at once

• Comfortable reading construction drawings and specifications

• Clear communicator who works well with crews and clients

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

Nice to Have

• Commercial waterproofing or restoration background

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
