Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).

This role may require floating to additional units and locations

Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Centra Health.

Additional Details:

Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Required Skills/Experience: Charge responsibility may be required, and the RN will receive the appropriate pay differential and training

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital / charge experience

Special Requests:

• IVS to offer with limited RTO
• All RTO must be in packet at time of submission
• All team members are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start Dates: 2/23, 3/9
• Assignments end on Saturday
• 2/3 weekends per month based on unit need

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Drivers license required for submission
