Associate Veterinarian

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary clinic and is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. The practice provides integrative and traditional veterinary medicine with a personalized approach, delivering comprehensive care to companion animals and exotic pets.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, with the hospital closed on Sunday. The position is full-time.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compassionate veterinary care while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Clinical responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and client education. The role places a strong emphasis on integrative medicine and requires experience in integrative treatment approaches. Responsibilities also include developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with a supportive paraprofessional team, and contributing to a positive hospital culture through teamwork and communication.

Practice Details
The clinic specializes in integrative veterinary care, combining traditional medicine with complementary therapies to create individualized, multi-faceted treatment plans. Equipment and capabilities include digital radiography, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, referral laboratory services, and a fully stocked pharmacy. Services offered include wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, soft tissue procedures, mass removals, surgical extractions, spay and neuter procedures including vasectomy and ovary-sparing spay, and a wide range of integrative therapies such as acupuncture, herbal medicine, medical ozone therapy, photobiomodulation and laser therapy, nanopharmacology and combination homeopathics, nutriceuticals, infusion therapy, ultraviolet blood therapy, SanaWave, and animal normalization therapy. The clinic also provides care for exotic and pocket pets, excluding birds and wildlife, and supports a culture focused on collaboration, education, and compassionate care.

Team
The veterinary team consists of three DVMs working alongside a skilled and supportive support staff. The environment is collaborative and mentoring-focused, with an emphasis on professional development, shared knowledge, and high standards of patient care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
