Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary clinic and is hiring for a Full-Time Associate Veterinarian. The practice is a full-service small animal clinic providing comprehensive medical, surgical, dental, and wellness care.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, with Friday and Saturday hours from 9:00am to 12:00pm on an alternating basis. The position is full-time.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver high-quality veterinary care with responsibilities including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, client education, and the interpretation of laboratory results to support accurate diagnoses. Clinical duties include routine and advanced surgical procedures, dentistry, internal medicine, laser therapy, pain management, and urgent care. The role involves building strong client relationships and contributing to medical protocol development while working collaboratively with the veterinary team. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian, with a focus on surgery and comprehensive case management.

Practice Details
The clinic is well-equipped with modern technology including DR digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house Dri-Chem blood analyzers, SignalPet AI radiology review, a Class IV therapy laser, electrocautery, and state-of-the-art anesthesia monitoring. Services offered include wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics and imaging, spay and neuter, parasite prevention, deworming, routine and advanced surgery, behavioral counseling, pharmacy services, and laser therapy. The practice culture emphasizes medical autonomy, collaboration, and continued professional development within a growing and well-established community clinic.

Team
The veterinary team consists of two DVMs supported by a collaborative and team-oriented support staff. The environment is focused on mentorship, shared learning, and maintaining high medical standards while fostering strong relationships among team members.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
