Role Overview:
Lead complex, high-end residential concrete projects from start to finish. Manage project schedule & logistics, field teams, and client relationships while driving quality and safety on every site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple high-value residential concrete projects

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and luxury builders

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality control

• Lead and mentor project teams and junior engineers

• Ensure safety compliance and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of project management in structural concrete/construction

• Experience with high-end residential projects in LA preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Gantt charts and project scheduling

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
