Asphalt Paving Foreman

Experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman / Screw Operator wanted for reputable union paving company in Ashland, Ohio. Sarver Paving is seeking a candidate with asphalt paving experience and the skills to run a paving crew. Ideal candidate has attention to detail, leadership skills, good attitude, and communicates well with others. Sarver Paving Co. is based in Ashland, Ohio and primarily works locally. No night work, no travel. Overtime is required. Minimal amount of Saturday work. This is a union job with top pay and benefits, and the benefits are all 100% company paid. Our crew paves city streets, county roads, township roads, parking lots and a few residential driveways each year. We also chip and seal roadways. Ideal candidate has a Class A CDL. Experience paving on ODOT jobs is a plus. Sarver Paving Co. has been in business since 1944, and takes pride in being the oldest member of the Ohio Contractor's Association.

Salary/Compensation: $120,000 per year
