Site Supervisor ( Hybrid / Remote )

The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans and specifications. This role coordinates subcontractors, monitors site progress, enforces safety standards, and ensures projects stay on schedule and within scope. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors on-site.
• Ensure work is performed according to project drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager or Construction Manager.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans.
• Coordinate deliveries, equipment usage, and material staging.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate changes or delays to project leadership.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress reports.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors.
• Ensure subcontractors meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to travel for weeks at a time
• Must be able to pass background check
• Must have a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training.
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Experience supervising commercial and infrastructure construction projects.
