Dell Outdoor is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pool, Spa & Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee luxury swimming pool and outdoor living construction projects. You will manage all phases of constructionfrom excavation to the final walkthroughwith precision, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Oversight
    • Lead and manage field crews including CDL Drivers, Crew Leads, and support staff.

    • Conduct weekly production meetings; ensure project profitability and performance targets are achieved.

    • Provide strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication to guide diverse teams.

  • Project & Site Management
    • Oversee all construction phases: layout, excavation, plumbing, electrical, masonry, and finishing.

    • Supervise internal teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule compliance.

    • Perform regular job site inspections and enforce safety and code requirements.

    • Ensure accuracy and adherence to design plans, engineering specs, elevations, and grades.

    • Coordinate and track materials, deliveries, and usage records.

    • Maintain daily communication with the Operations Coordinator; manage documentation in Aspire.

    • Conduct final walkthroughs, create punch lists, and resolve outstanding items.

  • Quality Control & Safety
    • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all job sites.

    • Promote high-quality craftsmanship and professional job site conditions.

    • Provide bilingual safety guidance and training when needed.

  • Financial Oversight
    • Review job costs, labor efficiency, and gross margins.

    • Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting within the Design & Build division.

  • Cross-Divisional Collaboration
    • Ensure seamless project handoff to the maintenance division.

    • Work closely with Sales, Design, and Finance teams for coordinated project execution.

Qualifications
  • Required:
    • Must be fully Bilingual (English & Spanish) required for daily crew communication, safety enforcement, and project coordination.

    • 7+ years of construction project management experience (pool, landscape, masonry, or outdoor living preferred).

    • Strong understanding of pool construction, hardscapes, softscapes, grading, and elevation methods.

    • Proficiency in reading blueprints, civil engineering plans, and technical documentation.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Preferred:
    • Pool Builder License

    • OSHA Certification

    • Landscape Architect license or landscape architecture background

Schedule
  • Full-time, MondayFriday
