Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Residential Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of residential electrical experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage residential projects from start to finish. Familiarity with modern technology and digital tools is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee residential electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical codes
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform routine maintenance
• Mentor and supervise junior electricians and apprentices
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers to meet deadlines
• Maintain accurate documentation of work completed and materials used
• Use mobile apps and digital tools for job tracking and communication

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience
• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations)
• Strong knowledge of residential wiring, service upgrades, and lighting systems
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, and basic technology tools
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Schedule:
