As the largest membership camping facility in the Northwest, surrounded by over 700 acres of natural forest, we are looking for a talented Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our culinary team and delight our members and guests with mouthwatering dishes.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Manage back of house operations to optimize efficiency
• Oversee food cost management to maximize profitability
• Supervise front of house staff to deliver exceptional service
• Handle food preparation, sanitation, and safety protocols for both the Cafe kitchen and the volunteer kitchen.

Required Skills:

• Experience in restaurant operations and management
• Knowledge of food and beverage management principles
• Must obtain a Food Handlers Card
• Must get CFPM certification upon hire
• Ability to manage costs, ordering, and staffing effectively
• Strong interviewing skills and proficiency in math

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in retail or events management
