Five Iron Golf is bringing the ultimate golf-meets-entertainment experience to downtown Syracuse! With 8 Trackman Golf Simulators, 4 Duckpin Bowling lanes, a Multi-Sport simulator, table games, and a lively sports bar, we’re redefining how the city plays, competes, and connects.

We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who’s equal parts hospitality pro, team leader, and community builder. If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and love creating unforgettable guest experiences, this is your stage.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, inspire, and grow a top-notch team.

• Oversee all operations—from golf and games to food & beverage.

• Set the standard for above-and-beyond service.

• Manage budgets, drive revenue, and keep the space running smoothly.

• Be the face of Five Iron in Syracuse, building community partnerships and hosting epic events.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in hospitality, hotel, or golf/club management (1+ year as GM or AGM).

• A proven leader with strong communication and organizational skills.

• Energetic, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves.

• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays).

• Able to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.

• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds; safely operate equipment; and stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
