As an Executive Chef at our full-service restaurant in the West Suburbs, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and creativity while working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and development
- Kitchen management and supervision
- Ensuring food quality and consistency
- Back of house operations
- Food cost management and budgeting
Required Skills:
- Culinary arts degree or equivalent experience
- Menu development and execution
- Strong culinary management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Knowledge and ability to execute preparation of French Cuisine and Pastry skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Labor cost management
- Experience in food preparation and service management
- Catering and food and beverage management experience
Salary Range: $47,150.00 - $80,100.00 per year
