We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Italian restaurant. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably with Italian cuisine.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation of all dishes
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization
Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

Requirements:
5+ years of kitchen experience
Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques
Leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
