Located in Rochester, NY, near local attractions, shopping, and entertainment, we cater to both leisure and business travelers.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring food quality and portion control
• Demonstrating strong knife skills in the kitchen
• Managing back of house operations
• Overseeing food cost management

Required Skills:

• Experience in menu planning and development
• Strong understanding of food quality and portion control
• Excellent knife skills and culinary arts knowledge
• Experience in banquet catering and food handling
• Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and food safety standards

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in food and beverage management
• Experience in cooking and catering
• ServSafe Certified
• Experience in cost management and ordering
• Experience in interviewing and hiring

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $24.00 per hour

Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
