Orthodontic Office Manager Kansas City Metro Area Full-Time | $25$33/hr + BenefitsWere looking for an experienced, driven leader to manage operations for our three busy orthodontic offices in the Kansas City metro area. This is a great opportunity to guide a talented team, support growth, and make a real impact on patient care.Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, managing financials, collections, and insurance reimbursements, supervising staff performance and scheduling, ensuring outstanding patient experiences, resolving operational issues, improving processes, and working with marketing and leadership to drive success.Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of dental office management experience, including 2 years in orthodontic leadership, strong knowledge of insurance and orthodontic software, and are tech-savvy, organized, and proactive.
