Average Annual Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 (Based on Competitive Commission Split)

Job Description / Responsibilities
As a Senior Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for managing your existing clients while expanding your pipeline with brokerage-provided leads and self-generated business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing your established book of business
- Converting 10+ qualified buyer leads per month provided by the brokerage
- Prospecting through networking, referrals, open houses, and lead generation strategies
- Representing buyers and sellers throughout the full real estate transaction lifecycle
- Conducting market analysis, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract preparation
- Delivering exceptional client service that drives repeat business and referrals
- Collaborating with the team on marketing initiatives and business growth
- Maintaining compliance with all real estate laws, MLS rules, and ethical standards

Skills & Requirements
- Active real estate license in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
- Proven track record as a producing agent
- Established book of business required (portable clients, referrals, or active pipeline)
- Ability to manage a high volume of buyer and seller transactions
- Strong prospecting, lead conversion, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and interested in leadership growth
- Experience with CRM platforms, MLS, and real estate technology preferred
