Automotive Sales

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Used Car Salesperson to join our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, communicates confidently, and knows how to build strong relationships with customers.

**The pay for this role is commission/performance base** 

 What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers throughout the car-buying process with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Maintain deep knowledge of our used inventory and vehicle features

• Conduct test drives and present vehicle benefits clearly and persuasively

• Negotiate pricing and close deals while delivering an excellent customer experience

• Generate your own leads through marketing efforts, including social media outreach, networking, and community engagement

• Develop and execute personal marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales

• Follow up with potential buyers and maintain long-term client relationships

• Keep the sales lot looking professional and organized

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience (automotive preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and people skills

• Experience in self-marketing, personal branding, or independent lead generation

• Confidence using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Goal-driven attitude with the ability to work independently

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
