What You’ll Be Doing

• Work the floor as a high-performing salesperson and closer

• TO deals and help close for other salespeople

• Work directly with the desk and finance to maximize gross and approvals

• Set the tone for professionalism, urgency, and process

• Help train and mentor the team through action, not theory

• Take control of deals from greeting to delivery when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong automotive sales experience (REQUIRED)

• Proven ability to close deals consistently

• Experience working with subprime / prime / credit-challenged customers

• Understanding of desk structure, deal flow, and finance process

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• A true “horse” — self-driven, accountable, and competitive
