This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: 8a-5p

· Setting: Clinic

· Procedures/Cases: General Dentistry

· Credentialing Timeframe: 14-150 days, depending on Medicaid

· Requirements: Medicaid, Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
