• Location: Santa Teresa, New Mexico

• Position: General Dentist

• Current Staff: Hygienists + trained clinical support

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM

• Annual Clinic Production: ~$700,000

• Payor Mix: PPO, cash pay, and ~30% Medicaid

Procedures:

• Bread-and-butter general dentistry

• In-house aligners available

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Pay: Guarantee plus % of production
