About Us

Thank you for considering working with us. We are the proud owners of a European Maine Coon cattery. Originally based in Europe, we moved to New York City five years ago and have been lovingly placing our kittens in homes across the United States ever since.

Our Mission

We are deeply committed to animal welfare. We are currently building two animal shelters, and the proceeds from our cattery directly support these important projects. By partnering with us, you directly contribute to our larger mission of compassion and care.

Care Requirements

We are looking for responsible and caring individuals or families to care for our kittens as they transition to their forever homes. Ideally, your home should have more than one person so that someone is always nearby in case of an emergency. Kittens require a separate room. For regular partners, we can provide a converted barn-style cat room.

All sitters must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Because this job involves caring for fragile and valuable lives, we seek individuals who demonstrate:

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining a clean and hygienic litter box

Monitoring the kittens' health, nutrition, hydration, and activity

Administering medications as prescribed

Picking up at the airport on time (usually around 7:30 AM or 7:30 PM; schedule subject to change and confirmed 24-48 hours in advance)

Regular veterinary visits as needed

Maintaining accurate medical records

Organizing meetings with potential adopters

Providing video conferences and FaceTime meetings

Obtaining certified checks on our behalf and depositing them with Bank of America

Compensation

We offer a flat rate of $250 per kitten For up to 30 days. Most kittens are adopted within 2-7 days. Fosterers can expect to care for 4-8 kittens per month, with all kitten expenses covered.

Extra Care Bonus

For kittens requiring special attention or medical care, we offer a supplemental pay of up to $250. Full salary information and a bonus statement will be provided.

PET FLIGHT SITTER:

This is a separate position.

Payment is $500, and we cover airfare and airfare

with one of your cats to another major airport, in the cabin with you in your seat.
