PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope
- Bid commercial/ industrial painting projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with Clients
- Lead and direct the work of other project team members as needed
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Project Manager Managing and Estimating Commercial Paint Projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Extensive experience in cost controls
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Industry-leading compensation ($70K-$110K+ base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset)
