Orthodontic Assistant (Part-Time) - $2,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are currently hiring an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to support our orthodontic care team. The ideal candidate has hands-on orthodontic assisting experience and is confident supporting clinical procedures and patient communication.
Responsibilities:
  • Chair-side assisting during ortho procedures
  • Take X-rays and orthodontic photos (state-approved certification required)
  • Prepare patients and explain treatment steps
  • Set up trays and materials
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean operatory
  • Chart accurately and support treatment flow

Schedule:
  • Wednesday & Thursday - Indianapolis Office
Qualifications: Required Education & Experience:
  • Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (as required by state)
  • Minimum 3-6 months orthodontic assisting experience required; 1 year strongly preferred
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Experience taking x-rays and orthodontic photos
  • Must have state-approved X-ray/radiography certification for Indiana
  • Experience assisting with bonding, adjustments, and ortho procedures
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
