Location: Multiple Gentle Dentist practices within the Indianapolis area. Job Type: Part-Time Schedule: Schedules will vary based on office need IDEAL CANDIDATE The ideal Flex Team Member will be a person who loves change and is comfortable commuting to different offices within the Indianapolis area. The ability to adapt to different personalities and provide assistance where it is needed. Responsibilities

• You will assist dentists and hygienists in quality diagnosis through X-rays, verbal communication, and other dental tests as directed.
• Prepare the treatment room for patients by following prescribed procedures and protocols.
• Provide instrumentation by sterilizing and delivering instruments to the treatment area; positioning instruments for dentist's access; suctioning and passing instruments.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
