Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator
Compensation: $55,000-$60,000 per year.
Position Summary
The Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator is responsible for utilizing reviews and ensuring licensing, accreditation, and certification requirements and contract compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Continuous Quality Improvement Coordinator will perform duties including, but not limited to:
- Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies.
- Responsible for assisting offices with the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance plans, utilization reviews, licensing standards, accreditation, certification requirements, and contract compliance.
- Coordinate and assist office supervisors with the development of all training programs relating to accreditation, certification, licensing standards, and quality assurance.
- Review, analyze, and assist office supervisors to establish systems to ensure standards of referring agencies are met.
- Conduct audits addressing office strengths and needs regarding licensing, certification, accreditation standards including contract compliance, quality assurance, and utilization reviews.
- Assist in the development of new programs by submitting applications to appropriate state licensing authorities and accreditation entities.
- Gather, compile, and analyze data for reports regarding agency quality assurance performance.
- Attend staff training and other program sponsored activities.
- Assist in development and monitoring of program outcomes; participate in the implementation of required surveys and other measurement devices.
- Gather and coordinate data, prepare reports and provide feedback to offices that address the following areas:
- Assessment and evaluation of quality and appropriateness of service.
- Identification of gaps in service.
Identification of deficiencies, barriers, strengths and needs. - Promotion of opportunities to improve service delivery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services and/or Business and Public Administration.
- Knowledge of contracts, Medicaid certifications, accreditations, and regulatory standards and rules.
- Experience in technical writing, organizing computer software, Management Information Systems, and analyzing
- data.
- Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and
- photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
OTHER SKILLS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Works well independently and as a team member.
- Openness to travel as require
