Pipe Foreman Tallahassee Area

We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foremen to join our growing Civil site pipe crews.
These roles focus on underground utility projects, including water, sanitary sewer, and
storm sewer installations in locations such as Leon, Gadsden, Jefferson, Liberty, Calhoun,
and Wakulla, FL. Successful candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in their
respective roles, a strong understanding of underground utility installation, trenching
regulations, and pipeline safety, a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a positive
attitude.

Responsibilities:
Effectively lead, manage, maintain and motivate crews of about 5-6 individuals
Supervise the installation of new pipes in trench for storm or sanitation sewers, drains,
and water mains
Successfully manage and schedule subcontractors
Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
Plan and schedule for necessary manpower, tools, materials, and equipment needed to
complete the job
Responsible for completing daily timesheets and maintaining daily logs
Job Site Hazard Recognition and Safety Compliance
Equipment Maintenance and Operation as needed.
