As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative team. Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support to the administrative team
• Assist with new hire paperwork and file maintenance
• Take meeting minutes and organize documentation
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

Required Skills:

• GED or equivalent
• Proficient in keyboarding and switchboard operation
• Knowledge of office procedures and requisitions
• Experience in ordering supplies and patient registration
• Strong grammar skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with purchase orders and reconciliations
• Knowledge of short-term disability procedures
• Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange
• Strong administrative skills

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $44,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $55,000.00
