Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Create and maintain spreadsheets for various projects
- Handle business correspondence and liaise with clients
- Perform general office duties such as filing and documentation
- Assist with patient care and medical terminology
Required Skills:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and data entry
- Experience with scheduling appointments and events
- Strong typing skills and file management abilities
- Excellent communication skills for inbound/outbound calling and reimbursement tasks
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with documentation and filing
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $48,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $59,000.00
