Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for various projects
  • Handle business correspondence and liaise with clients
  • Perform general office duties such as filing and documentation
  • Assist with patient care and medical terminology

Required Skills:

  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and data entry
  • Experience with scheduling appointments and events
  • Strong typing skills and file management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills for inbound/outbound calling and reimbursement tasks

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with documentation and filing

Salary and Benefits:

  • Minimum Salary: $48,000.00
  • Maximum Salary: $59,000.00
