Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide one-call resolution for customer inquiries and issues
• Utilize call center experience to assist customers with check cashing and payment processing
• Handle inbound calls and emails regarding bathroom remodeling services and product sales
• Ensure first in, first out restocking and order processing
• Assist with asset protection, replenishing, and customer support

Required Skills:

• Experience in call center environments
• Ability to handle inbound/outbound calling and complaint resolution
• Strong skills in order entry and merchandising
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
• Experience with loading and unloading products

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $42,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $60,000.00
