We’re growing our in-office Back Office Customer Service team in Cornelius, NC, and looking for professionals who bring empathy, precision, and patience to every interaction.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for patients using CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) therapy — guiding them through orders, answering insurance and product questions, and ensuring their sleep therapy journey is smooth and supported.
This isn’t your typical call center job. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on helping people improve their health and quality of life through world-class service.
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers, providing friendly, informed support
Place and manage orders for CPAP equipment and supplies
Explain product details, insurance coverage, and prescription requirements with clarity and care
Troubleshoot issues related to deliveries or device performance
Accurately document all interactions and maintain patient privacy in full compliance with HIPAA
Uphold professionalism and empathy in every call — we measure success by satisfaction, not just speed
Meet or exceed goals in call quality, efficiency, and customer experience
What You Bring
1+ year of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service role
Typing speed of 50+ WPM and solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong communication and listening skills with a professional, upbeat, and empathetic tone
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
