We’re seeking a skilled Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing firm and provide expert guidance in wills, trusts, estate administration, and related matters. This role is ideal for someone who values relationship-building, integrity, and providing compassionate counsel during some of life’s most important moments.

About the Role

In this position, you’ll work closely with clients to develop personalized estate plans that reflect their goals and protect their loved ones. You’ll draft key legal documents, offer strategic advice, and serve as a trusted partner throughout the planning process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess their needs and develop tailored estate plans
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives
• Advise clients on tax implications, asset protection strategies, and probate processes
• Manage probate and trust administration matters
• Maintain strong communication and build long-term client relationships
• Stay current on changes to estate planning laws and best practices

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Bar admission for the state of NY
• 2–5+ years of estate planning experience preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• Compassionate communication style and exceptional client service
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with excellent attention to detail
