Position Summary
The Transitions of Care Business Operations Manager is responsible for managing operations, evaluating employee performance, assuring customer satisfaction (internal and external), and strategic as well as operational planning and program development. The manager serves as a leader and mentor within the department. The manager will be responsible for day to day staffing, scheduling, budgeting, evaluations, and will be directly involved in all of the hiring and posting of positions to the department.
The manager is responsible for contributing to the ongoing operations of the Ross Heart Hospital and in collaboration with other patient care areas that relate directly or indirectly to patient care services is essential. The TOC manager provides health care services which include acute and chronic phases of cardiovascular and pulmonary illness, education, and counseling of individuals and families, health promotion and prevention and referral to other health care providers and community resources when deemed appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree may be desirable.
5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
Licensed in the State of Ohio as a Health Care Provider in their respected field.
Basic Life Support certification required
