• Mentor Estimating team on best practices and serve as a trusted advisor on the leadership team.
• Use data from internal CRM to analyze win/loss trends, backlog mix, and margin performance.
• Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with sustainable margins and resource capacity.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with project sizes ranging from $5-20mil.
• Relevant degree preferred
