Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking a full-time GP & Urgent Care hybrid veterinarian to join their dynamic, AAHA-accredited practice in Green Bay, WI. This hospital provides an expansive range of services for companion animals and pocket pets, including general wellness, urgent care, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral medicine, and more. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced DVM, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-energy, collaborative environment with robust support and professional development.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is closed on weekends. The Associate Veterinarian position is full-time, with a flexible schedule and no weekend or after-hours requirements.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes providing primary care and urgent care services, with responsibilities covering wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and special care programs for geriatrics, behavior, dermatology, orthopedics, and reproduction. Customized plans are created for new pets and senior patients alike. The position is open to experienced veterinarians. Opportunity to work on wellness only appointments if no surgery is preferred.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with ABAXIS in-house lab systems, ultrasound, digital radiography, electrocautery, blood transfusion capabilities, and echocardiogram technology. The facility includes five exam rooms, therapeutic lasers, and amenities such as doggie daycare and a bone-shaped pool. Services span general practice and urgent care, with specialties in orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, behavioral medicine, dermatology, and reproductive support. The practice promotes a high standard of care and encourages professional growth and innovation.

Team
The team consists of 4 DVMs supported by experienced veterinary professionals in a collaborative and fun atmosphere. The culture is supportive, mentorship-focused, and designed to enable both personal and professional success in a fast-paced yet rewarding clinical environment.

Candidate Requirements

Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
