Our client is a full-service animal hospital seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their experienced team. This small animal hospital provides high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats, offering a comprehensive range of medical, dental, and surgical services.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. The position offers flexible scheduling options, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available to suit the successful candidate's needs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to patients while maintaining strong client relationships through clear and compassionate communication. Responsibilities include conducting wellness exams, performing soft tissue and dental surgeries, and managing internal medicine cases. The role offers clinical autonomy within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a veterinary practice and possess strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, digital dental X-ray, ECG/EKG, in-house laboratory capabilities, and a fully stocked pharmacy. The facility follows strict surgical protocols, including dedicated sterile suites, pre-surgical assessments, and the use of sterilized equipment and surgical attire to ensure the highest standards of patient care. Services include wellness exams, preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry and dental surgery, laser therapy, geriatric care, and emergency services. The hospital also provides advanced diagnostic testing for accurate and efficient case management.

Team
The hospital's team includes two veterinarians supported by skilled and experienced technicians and support staff. The environment is collaborative and mentorship-focused, promoting professional growth and teamwork to deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
