Introduction
Our client is a small animal practice seeing cats and dogs. They are currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. The hospital offers a full range of GP services and provides an opportunity to work in a modern, purpose-built facility where both patient care and team well-being are prioritized.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm, with no Sunday hours. The Associate Veterinarian will typically work four weekdays plus rotating Saturdays. The role is offered as full-time but there is flexibility to discuss part-time arrangements as well.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This is a full-service GP role encompassing internal medicine, wellness care, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. The position is best suited to a doctor with at least one year of DVM experience. As a clinical team member, you will practice in a hospital designed by veterinarians and equipped with advanced technology to support high-quality medicine and excellent pet parent care. The practice is committed to delivering care that begins with the initial visit and builds lasting relationships. This opportunity allows you to be part of a team focused on creating a trusted, convenient, and supportive veterinary environment.
Practice Details
The hospital is brand new and extremely well-equipped with digital x-ray, dental x-ray, in-house labs, ultrasound, and more. The practice offers a full range of GP veterinary services and sees a varied caseload within a modern and supportive infrastructure.
Team
The practice currently has 2 DVMs supported by a great team of support staff, enabling the doctors to concentrate on their clinical responsibilities within a collaborative and patient-focused environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
