Urgent Care (Veterinarian)

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team treating cats and dogs. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality veterinary care in a fast-paced urgent care setting, supporting patients and clients during critical moments.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Tuesday through Friday from 2:00pm to 12:00am, and Saturday through Monday from 10:00am to 12:00am. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and both full-time and part-time scheduling options are available.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role focuses on veterinary urgent care, providing immediate medical attention for sick or injured pets. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates who are eager to develop their skills in an urgent care environment.

Practice Details
The hospital is well-equipped to deliver comprehensive urgent and emergency care services. Offerings include emergency triage and stabilization, urgent care for illness and injury, soft tissue and emergency surgery, in-house diagnostics such as X-ray, bloodwork, and urinalysis, as well as overnight hospitalization and monitoring.

Team
The team includes two DVMs supported by a large group of skilled support staff, ensuring a well-resourced and collaborative environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
