Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead project document coordination processes for design, submittals, permits, approvals, and communications
- Maintain compliance of vendor/contractor requirements, certifications, reporting, and job progress
- Assist in establishing project cost breakdown, accounting, and budget tracking
- Work with Accounts Manager to maintain Master Budgets and Master Schedules
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and assist in project closeout
Required Skills:
- Construction Management experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field required

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $75,000. to $90,000 annually. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), health & wellness programs, vacation leave, sick leave, holiday pay, and paid time off.
