Are you looking to be a part of a dynamic team in the construction industry? H.I.R.E. Talent Group is seeking a skilled Drywaller to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. As a Drywaller, you will play a crucial role in restoring and repairing damaged structures, ensuring quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform drywall installations and repairs
• Prepare surfaces for painting or finishing
• Apply waterproofing materials
• Complete general construction tasks
• Manage change orders and scope development

Required Skills:

• Experience with take-offs and caulking
• Knowledge of construction management principles
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficiency in plastering and sanding techniques
• Experience with Xactimate software

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in finish carpentry and cabinetry
• Knowledge of water resources and excavation
• Understanding of structural design in residential construction
• Skills in concrete finishing and framing

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $53,490 to $85,420, based on experience. Benefits package includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
