Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, documenting changes promptly and communicating with physicians for needed interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license valid in the assigned state; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility preferred.

  • Reliable transportation and valid drivers license to accommodate home visits.
