Job Description
The Administrator of the Center for Integrative Health, will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to create a vision and lead the programmatic execution for Integrative Health in a way that aligns with the tripartite mission of Ohio State Wexner Medical Center. This includes the implementation of strategic growth plans, operational, financial and business activities across multiple clinical settings (outpatient and inpatient locations). The budgeted gross revenue for clinical operations is > $7M. The Administrator will have a delegate responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clinical practices of CIH (Clinic Manager). In instances when the Clinic Manager is out of office, the delegate will ensure continuity of clinical oversight and address immediate clinical needs to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency. This delegation allows the Administrator to focus the majority of their time on advancing Integrative Health business interests, affiliated programming, and the execution and management of grant- and philanthropically-funded initiatives. Developing and maintaining fiscally sustainable clinical, educational, community outreach and research programing that are of high quality and reputation will be the number one priority of the Administrator.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5 years of relevant experience required. 8-12 years of relevant experience preferred.
