Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to lead and direct site operations, ensuring the flawless execution of service agreements and maximizing profitability. This role requires leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to superior client service and employee development.

salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 12 AM - 8 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and direct site operations to execute service agreements at or above client standards.
  
  
• Maximize profitability through superior client service and effective communication.
  
  
• Manage daily staffing levels and schedules to meet operational demands.
  
  
• Oversee and manage the budget , including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivable (invoicing/collections).
  
  
• Train, develop, and motivate operations employees for peak performance and growth.
  
  
• Ensure the execution of company KPIs .
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED Required ; Bachelor’s degree preferred .
  
  
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-specific software.
  
  
• Ability to help manage financial aspects (budgeting, reporting, monitoring expenses).
  
  
• Must be able to walk within the warehouse and inspect freight.
  
  
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
