Sr. Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Operations Manager to lead our regional transportation and logistics operations. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic & Operational Leadership: Plan and manage daily operations across Trucking, International shipping, and client services.
  
  
• Financial Management: Direct responsibility for cost control, budgeting, revenue, and profitability . Create and report on key financial and operational trends to upper management.
  
  
• Team Management: Handle core HR functions including hiring, training, and employee termination . Motivate and lead regional teams.
  
  
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with corporate and government regulations, including DOT, safety, and environmental standards .
  
  
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company best practices.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of management experience within the transportation and logistics industry.
  
  
• Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Business, or equivalent work experience.
  
  
• Expert knowledge of US and International transport regulations (Ground/Air, Imports/Exports, DOT, dangerous goods).
  
  
• Exceptional skills in multitasking, quick decision-making, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Proven ability to organize information into usable reports and graphs.
