Contruction Project Manager

Location: Orange Country, CA
Language Requirement: Bilingual – Spanish/English preferred
Reports to: Director
Pay: $60,000 - 100,000

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with 3–5 years of restoration and construction experience (preferably in damage restoration, reconstruction, or build-out). This role will lead and oversee full-cycle restoration and reconstruction projects — from initial damage assessment through mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, and final hand-over.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in restoration and construction, is comfortable working in fast-paced environments (including emergency/24-hour response), and can manage multiple scopes, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and deliver restoration and reconstruction projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

• Coordinate damage assessments, scope development, permitting (if required), and coordination of mitigation, demolition, reconstruction, and finishing trades.

• Liaise directly with clients, insurance adjusters, property owners, general contractors/subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Monitor project budgets, change orders, cost tracking, schedule updates, risk management, and quality control.

• Maintain regular project communication and reporting, including daily/weekly progress updates, field visits, and stakeholder meetings.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (e.g., asbestos, lead, mold abatement).

• Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships—select, schedule, supervise, evaluate performance, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.

• Drive continuous improvement: identify lessons learned, implement best practices, and contribute to operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

• Be available for rapid response/emergency projects as needed (water damage, fire damage, reconstruction build-back) to support 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restoration, reconstruction, or construction management (preferably in damage restoration/build-back environments).

• Bilingual Spanish/English 

• Strong understanding of construction processes and trades (demolition, framing, drywall, finishes, MEP).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule and within budget.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, both in the field and the office.

• Proficient with project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, scheduling software).

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to travel to job sites.

• Must be safety-conscious with experience enforcing safety protocols on job sites.

• Must be willing to commute all throughout Orange County, CA

• Preferred: experience with emergency restoration (water, fire, mold, asbestos/lead abatement).

• Preferred: knowledge of local building codes and permitting.

• Preferred: construction degree, certificate, or equivalent experience.
