Project Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary by project)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year (DOE)
Reports To: Director of Project Management

About the Role

We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of signage projects—from contract to completion. You’ll coordinate scheduling, budgeting, fabrication, and installation while maintaining strong communication between clients and internal teams.

This position plays a key role in ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction through proactive planning and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from signed contract through invoicing, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Conduct on-site visits and field investigations in professional attire.

• Coordinate with design, engineering, production, and installation teams to move projects from concept to completion.

• Source, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors for permits, installations, and estimates.

• Track and manage multiple projects using internal systems and custom reports.

• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.

• Manage change orders, schedules, budgets, and invoicing with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and ensure consistent high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Confident presenting to small or large groups.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software tools.

• Ability to travel for out-of-area projects and work overtime as required.

Education & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of project management experience required.

• 1–2 years of experience in signage, construction, or a related industry preferred.
