Daily Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on various systems
• Repair hydraulics, wiring, and plumbing
• Utilize hand tools for carpentry and general repair
• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Read and interpret blueprints for installation and repair projects

Required Skills:

• Experience in electrical systems and wiring
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and quality control inspection
• Ability to perform general repair and carpentry tasks
• Experience with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Proficiency in using personal protective equipment
