Water Damage Supervisor / Lead Technician

Schedule: Full-time, supervisory role with on-call rotation
Overview:
Lead our water-damage mitigation crews in Orange County. Support our rapidly-growing business while developing others.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field crews, assign tasks, ensure quality and safety standards

• Oversee drying/mitigation procedures and documentation

• Communicate with Project Managers and clients
  Qualifications:

• 3+ years restoration/mitigation field experience

• Leadership ability, strong communication skills

• IICRC certifications are a plus
