What You'll Do - As an Experienced Kitchen Team Member , you'll play a key role in crafting our Mediterranean-inspired menu. You'll:

1. Prepare and organize ingredients for our signature dishes
2. Assemble meals with consistency, care, and attention to presentation
3. Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area
4. Work closely with the General Manager and support teammates during busy hours
5. Help train and guide junior kitchen team members when needed

Who You Are - We're looking for someone who:

1. Has prior experience in food prep or a restaurant kitchen
2. Understands Mediterranean flavors and ingredients (or is eager to learn!)
3. Works efficiently and stays calm under pressure
4. Is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys teamwork
5. Always maintains cleanliness and food safety standards
6. SERV Safe certification or equivalent food safety training preferred.
