Our client, a leader in utility and facility management, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Utility Plant Planner to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler , you will be an integral part of the maintenance and operations department, supporting the coordination and scheduling of critical maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Planner/Scheduler
Location: Holly Springs, NC
Pay Range: $33-$36/hr.
What's the Job?
- Plan and schedule all maintenance activities within the utility plant to ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams and clients to identify, organize, and prioritize work requirements.
- Maintain accurate work order data and documentation within client CMMS systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Support building automation systems and assist in developing preventive maintenance programs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance planning or related roles within a utility or process environment.
- Facilities management experience, including budget and contract management, is required.
- Experience working with multiple vendors and managing client accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
