Door-to-Door Sales Manager – Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team: Oversee scheduling, supervise daily operations, and provide hands-on coaching to help the team grow and succeed.
Train and develop new hires: Onboard new team members with effective training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and professionalism.
Conduct regular team meetings: Lead weekly meetings to align goals, review performance, and keep the team motivated and informed.
Coach in the field: Provide real-time feedback and support to improve individual and team performance.
Hit sales targets: Consistently achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
Develop team leaders: Identify top performers and mentor them into leadership roles.
Implement sales strategies: Plan and execute effective strategies to drive results and team success.
Foster a positive team culture: Encourage high energy, positivity, and a winning mindset across the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in sales and team management (required)
Previous door-to-door sales experience (required)
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional, positive, and goal-oriented demeanor
Highly organized and efficient
Experience training others or leading classes is a plus
Experience in energy sales is a plus
